Peter Golbitz is publisher and editor of Soya Bluebook Plus, the annual directory and reference guide of the world's soybean and oilseed industry. He also publishes and edits the Bluebook Update newsletter, and his company, Soyatech, Inc., maintains a comprehensive Web site on the Internet -- Soya Bluebook Plus Online.

Mr. Golbitz is an internationally recognized expert on the soyfoods and soybean processing industry and has published and presented numerous articles, journals, books and studies on soybean products around the world.

Mr. Golbitz acts as a consultant to companies and organizations around the world including many of the world's major soybean processors and food and chemical producers.

Mr. Golbitz currently serves as president of the Soyfoods Association of America, and is the chairman of the Association's standards committee. Most recently, his committee developed U.S. standards for the processing and labeling of soymilk and has filed the same with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
