Nancy Chapman
N. Chapman Associates, Inc., Washington, DC

Nancy analyzes food, nutrition and consumer issues and advises clients on political strategies. Among many other activities, Nancy is involved in preparing technical proposals and conducting evaluations of federal food and nutrition programs and services, including evaluation of USDA National School Lunch and Breakfast Program.

She received her B.A. degree in Foods & Nutrition in 1971 from Northwestern University, Evanston, Illinois, and her R.D. Dietetic Internship from Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts in 1973. She went on to receive a M.P.H. in Public Health Nutrition from the University of California at Berkeley in 1977.
