1/2 soy milk powder*
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/8 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. arrowroot powder dissolved in 1/4 cup water
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup soy nut butter
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
*Solait Instant Soy BeverageIn a 1-quart pot, combine water, soy milk powder, sugar, cocoa and salt, then bring to a simmer. Add the dissolved arrowroot/water mixture, then simmer and stir constantly until thickened. Whip in soy nut butter and vanilla, then transfer to a container and chill.
