Serves 88 soy hot dogs*
1 lb. Double Pie Crust (or 1-1/4 cups)
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
*Northern Soy's "Not Dogs" or other brand. May also use mixed medium (soy/meat) hot dogs.Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare pie dough and roll out the same width as the hot dogs and 1/16-inch thickness. Cut the dough into 2-ounce pieces and wrap around each hot dog. Lay the wrapped hot dogs in a lightly oiled baking tray and bake in oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve hot with barbecue sauce for dipping.
