Yield: 1 Quart
3/4 lb. tofu
1/4 medium onion, chopped
1-1/4 cups soy oil
1 cup plus 3 tbsp. water
5 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp. honey
1-1/8 tsp. prepared mustard
1-1/8 tsp. dill weed
1-1/8 tsp. salt
2/3 tsp. sweet basil
2/3 tsp. cayenne pepper
Salad greens
Roasted Soy NutsDrain the tofu for 15 minutes. To a blender, add all ingredients and blend until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Variation: Herbed Tofu Dip
Reduce water to 1/2 cup, then add more to desired consistency.Nutritional Information Per 1/4 cup:
