Sesame Bites

4 Tbs lower-sodium soy sauce
4 tsp dark sesame oil
1 lb firm tofu, cut into 1/2" cubes

Preheat the oven to 400°.

Whisk together the soy sauce and the sesame oil.

Pour the soy sauce mixture over the tofu and toss well.

Put the tofu (and any extra marinade) on a nonstick baking sheet and bake at 400° for 30 minutes, stirring once. Serve hot with toothpicks.

Note: Instead of cutting the tofu into cubes, make rectangular slices and serve them with dinner or as a sandwich filling.
