Dill Spread

8 oz tofu
1 tsp dill
3/4 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp tarragon
1 tsp lower-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp lemon juice

Crumble tofu and mash with fork.

Add remaining ingredients and mash together well. If desired, thin with a little water.

Yield: 1 cup (4 servings) Serving size: 1/4 cup
