Fresh Fruit Muesli

1/4 cup low-fat granola
1/3 cup soymilk
1/4 cup fresh fruit, finely chopped or grated (small berries may be left whole)

Combine all ingredients in a storage container. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.

Yield: 1 serving. Serving size: 1 cup. Per serving (with blueberries): 191 calories, 2 g total fat, (0.4 g sat fat), 13 g pro, 33 g carb, 91 mg sodium, 2 mg cholesterol.
