Just before serving, stir miso into a soup to enrich the broth.
The liquid that remains after you cook dried soybeans makes a wonderful base for soup stock.
Substitute soybeans for some or all of the beans called for in a soup recipe.
Crumble some thawed frozen tofu, TSP or tempeh into your favorite chili recipe to replace some or all of the ground meat.
Substitute soy milk for dairy milk or cream in soup recipes.
Make a creamy soup by puréeing silken tofu with a little of the soup broth and stirring it back into the soup just before serving.
