
Hickory Burgers
1 cup TSP
1 cup boiling water
1 Tbs beef base
1/2 tsp black pepper
3 Tbs hickory smoke flavoring
1 lb lean ground beef
Combine TSP, boiling water, beef base, pepper and hickory smoke flavoring. Let sit 5 minutes to rehydrate.
Mix ground beef with rehydrated TSP. Shape into 6 patties and grill or broil until cooked through.
