Fresh Fruit Muesli

This is an updated version of a traditional Swedish specialty. If desired, omit the dried fruit from the Low-Fat Granola recipe.

1/4 cup Low-Fat Granola
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt or 1/3 cup soy milk
1/4 cup fresh fruit, finely chopped or grated (small berries may be left whole)

Combine all ingredients in a storage container. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.

Yield: 1 serving Serving size: 1 cup

Per serving (with blueberries): 191 calories, 2 g total fat (0.4 g sat fat), 13 g pro, 33 g carb, 3.3 g fiber, 91 mg sodium, 2 mg cholesterol

Exchanges: 1 starch, 1/2 fruit, 1 skim milk
